EAMCET 2009 Ranks were announced last month June 21st-2009.The so published results were not complete for all the students.Results/Ranks for some of the students whose Intermediate marks are not finalised were not announced at that time.At that time 'A' should be marked beside the EAMCET Rank.But that was marked as '.01'.Like this ranks were affected for those candidaTes of Ranks between 2300 to 10,000.
Now the finalised ranks are prepared and are announced by the JNTU at the eamcet website.On the whole there are 820 candidates whose EAMCET ranks were affected.
In Engineering 564 and in Medical 256 candidate's ranks were changed.
The authorities told that the ranks affected students are notified by post.Ranks affected to the Medical students will receive "Blue Cards" and for the Engineering candidates "Pink Cards".
The Revised Medical ranks are notified to NTR University of Health Science also in this regard.
