The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission will conduct the Departmental Tests Examinations at (22) District Head Quarters (except Ranga Reddy District which is clubbed with Hyderabad District) for May, 2009 Session (May and November, 2008 Sessions clubbed) from 19/08/2009 to 25/08/2009 (except on Vinayaka Chathurthi i.e., 23/08/2009) as per the Time-Table shown in accordance with the terms and conditions as laid down in Departmental Tests Rules, 1965 and as amended from time to time.
2. The Commission is inviting the Departmental applications from the candidates for May, 2009 Session examinations through ON-LINE only on payment of Rs.25/- for each Test. Application Form, Time-Table and other full details are available in the Commission’s Website http://www.apspsc.gov.in. Applicants shall apply the Departmental Test for May, 2009 Session examinations through ON-LINE ONLY from 15/06/2009 to 04/07/2009 as the earlier procedure of sale of applications at the Head Post Offices at District Head Quarters and at SALES COUNTER of APPSC Office has been dispensed with by the Commission. The candidate should read the Commission’s Notification and other instructions available in User’s Guide carefully before applying the Test and enter the particulars properly in the Application through ON-LINE.

a) (i) The candidate has to read the User Guide for Online submission of applications and then proceed further.
(ii) Affix a recent Colour Passport Size Photograph on a White Paper and then sign below the photograph with Black Pen. Scan the above Photo and Signature and upload the saved (JPG format) file in the space provided in application.
(iii) In case of Divisional Test, the candidates have to download the Service Certificate available in the Website. After filling the Service Certificate and get the Signature with Seal by the Controlling Officer, the same should be scanned and uploaded in the space provided in application.
(iv) The Government Servant should mention “Employee ID No.” in the relevant box of the Application Form. If candidate is not aware of his/her “Employee ID No.”, the same should be obtained from the Drawing and Disbursing Officer concerned.
(v) The Challan Form may be downloaded from the Website and pay the total fee i.e., application fee, fee towards APPSC Udyoga Samacharam and examination fee in a single Challan.
(vi) Those candidates who need assistance of Scribe are requested to apply for the same directly to the Commission on or before 20/07/2009. They should mention the Application ID Number and enclose Copy of the Medical Certificate along with a representation.
